Home sales in Orlando totaled 1080 in the month of March according to the Orlando Region Realtor Association. This is an increase of 951 homes from the month of February 2008. There is a March inventory of 25,472 homes which reflects a 23 plus month supply. Sales are increasing which means this is a time to buy. Saavy buyers have an opportunity to negotiate their prices and still capitalize on low interest rates.
